Risk Management
Turning Risk Registers into Action
How to move from lists of risks to prioritized controls that reduce exposure and protect value.
Riskonomist is a risk, safety, environmental and sustainability advisory firm helping organizations understand exposure, strengthen controls and convert risk information into practical business action.
We work at the intersection of Risk Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Management, Sustainability and Operational Performance. Our purpose is not simply to identify what is wrong. We help organizations understand what matters most, why it matters, what should be done and how improvement can be verified.
Our Philosophy
Every organization operates with risk. The objective is not to pretend risk can always be eliminated. The objective is to understand exposure, make informed decisions, strengthen critical controls and protect the things that create long-term value.
